Include in Support Requests

  • Your account email and workspace name.
  • The route or workflow where the issue happened.
  • Whether the issue affects access, uploads, billing, data, or client work.
  • Any safe, non-sensitive error text shown on screen.

Urgent Issues

For suspected unauthorized access, wrong-workspace data visibility, failed uploads of customer documents, or incorrect billing state, mark the email subject as urgent so it can be triaged through the incident response path.
