Calendar reminders, filing checklists, and workflow prompts are decision support. They are not automatic confirmations that every regulator-specific requirement has already been satisfied.

Users should still verify filing rules, deadlines, and documentary requirements with the relevant authority such as BIR, PRC, SEC, CDA, SSS, PhilHealth, or Pag-IBIG when the workflow depends on official policy.
